摘    要:通过对锅炉制粉系统通风量的调节方式进行分析,提出了降低一次风母管压力的优化调节方案。运行试验所得出的结果,证实该方案降低了一次风机的电耗,而且有利于减小空预器的漏风。

Abstract:Based on analysis of adjustment methods to ventilation rate of the boiler pulverizing system, optimizing program to reduce the primary air pressure of the main pipe was proposed. After running test, the results confirmed that this program could reduce the power consumption of primary air fan, and also help to reduce the air infiltration of air preheater.
