摘    要:本课题研发成功了一款具有自主知识产权的集成电路芯片,该集成电路主要用于使用太阳能电池为锂电池充电的领域。其主要功能包括:利用太阳能电池对锂电池进行恒流/恒压充电;充电的过程中实时监测电池的温度,监测输入/输出电压,以保证安全有效的对电池充电;充电状态自动控制功能;芯片温度调制电路;根据太阳能电池的输出电流能力自动调整充电电流的功能。该芯片还具有集成度高,应用电路简单等优点。

Abstract:A chip with independent intellectual property rights was developed. It can be used for with power supply from solar ceils. The main function of this chip includes: charging charging Li-ion cells the Li-ion cells by constant-current or constant-voltage mode with solar cells' supply; monitoring the real-time temperature of the Li-ion cells and the input/output voltages to guarantee charging the cells securely and efficiently; automatic control of the charging states; chip temperature control circuits; automatic adjusting of charging current according to solar cell' s driving capability. This chip is a high density ASIC that only requires a small number of exernal components.
