沉降性浆体速度与浓度分布耦合模型

摘    要:以固体颗粒在加速段内的运动分析及清水速度变化分析为核心,以清水在管道内的运动规律与清水介入固体颗粒后所形成的液、固两相流的运动规律之间的联系为突破点,通过理论分析,建立了预计水平管道内沉降性浆体速度分布的理论模型.应用该模型与现有的浓度公式联合起来,提出了水平管道内沉降性浆体速度分布与浓度分布耦合模型,从而可以充分体现出速度和浓度之间的相互影响、相互制约关系,为精确的预计沉降性浆体的流动参数提供了可靠的计算方法.

Abstract:The article takes the analyses of the change of water velocity and the motion of solid particles moving in accelerated part as problem core,and the relationship of liquid and solid phases after solid particles intervening water as key point.Through theoretical analysis,velocity distribution model is set up.With the model coupled with the volumetric percent formula of solid particles,coupling model of velocity and volumetric percent of solid particles is brought forward.And this can avoid some supposition when solving velocity distribution or thickness distribution and adequately embody the relationship of velocities and volumetric percent of solid particles,and thus distributions of velocities and volumetric percent of solid particles can be obtained properly.
