凝汽器污垢实时在线监测与优化管理

摘    要:基于电厂已有监测参数,依据汽轮机和凝汽器的工作过程建立了凝汽器污垢在线监测与管理模型,开发了污垢热阻在线监测仪,利用单片机的数据采集和处理功能实现了凝汽器污垢热阻的在线监测。该技术已成功应用于华能大连发电厂,可准确确定凝汽器清洗周期和清洗所需的时间,实现凝汽器的优化运行管理。

Abstract:Based on existing monitoring parameters in power plant, an on-line monitoring and optimized management model of deposited scale in condensers has been established on the basis of operating process concerning steam turbine and condenser, an on-line monitoring instrument for thermal resistance of deposited scale bing designed, the on-line monitoring of thermal resistance for deposited scale in the condenser being realized by using the data aquisition and processing functions of a single-chip processor. The said techno-(logy) has been successfully used in Huaneng Dalian Power Plant, the cleaning period and the time required for cleaning can be accurately determined, and the optimized operation of condenser can be realized.
