摘    要:数字PID控制技术作为一项具有发展前景和影响力的新技术,正越来越受到国内外各行业的高度重视。采用数字PID为基本控制算法,以AT89S51单片机为控制核心,利用光电传感器将电机速度转换成脉冲频率反馈到单片机中,根据采集的转速,产生占空比受数字PID算法控制的PWM脉冲波,实现对直流电机转速的闭环控制,通过按键设置P、I、D等多个参数和正反转控制,采用LCD1602液晶显示电机运转的相关信息,达到转速无静差调节的目的。仿真实验表明该系统控制精度高,具有很强的抗干扰能力。

Research on Proteus Simulation of DC Motor Digital PID Control
Abstract:In this paper,digital PID is used as the basic control algorithm,AT89S51 is used as the control core,and photoelectric sensor is used to convert the motor speed into pulse frequency and feed it back to the single-chip computer.According to the collected speed,PWM pulse wave with duty cycle controlled by digital PID algorithm is generated,so as to realize the closed-loop control of DC motor speed.Multiple parameters such as P,I,D and the forward and reverse control are set by pressing the key,LCD1602 liquid crystal is used to display the relevant information of motor operation,so as to achieve the purpose of no static difference adjustment of speed.The simulation results show that the system has high control accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
