摘    要:为对变电站运检人员和设备进行有效管控,为管理者提供辅助决策,开发了一套变电站三维可视化管控系统。系统底层人员定位模块采用基于UWB技术的DWM1000定位模块,系统上层基于UE4游戏引擎开发了一套三维可视化管控平台。平台具有人员位置、设备运行状态信息三维实时显示、视频联动、虚拟电子围栏等功能。系统在国内某110kV变电站进行了实地部署,进行了人员定位等功能测试,结果表明系统画面运行流畅,信息直观,实时性强,可对人员和设备进行有效管控。

3D Visualization Management-Control System for Substation
Abstract:In order to effectively manage and control the operation and inspection personnel and equipment of the substation,and provide assistant decision-making for the managers,a set of three-dimensional visual management-control system of the substation is developed in this paper.DWM1000 positioning module based on UWB technology is used in the bottom layer of the system,and a set of 3D visual management-control platform based on UE4 game engine is developed in the top layer of the system.The platform has the functions such as three-dimensional real-time display of personnel position and equipment operation status information,video linkage,virtual electronic fence,etc.The system has been deployed on the spot in a 110kV Substation in China,and the function tests such as personnel positioning have been carried out.
