摘    要:
通过对不同萃取剂皂化值、料液酸度和铝浓度条件下,稀土和铝在环烷酸体系、氯代环烷酸体系中的分配比及分离系数的研究,发现两个体系中铝和稀土的优化分离条件均为萃取剂皂化值0.35M,料液铝浓度12.5mmol/L、pH值0.10。而且对于中、高浓度铝的料液,氯代环烷酸体系因可以避免乳化现象发生而能够在高酸度条件下获得更好的铝和稀土分离效果,较环烷酸体系更具有优越性。

Abstract:
The distribution ratio and separation coefficient of aluminum and rare-earths in the naphtenic acid system and the chloronaphthenic acid system have been researched respetively under the conditions of different extractant saponification value,different acidity and aluninum concentration.The results showed that whether the naphthenic acid system or the chloronaphthenic acid system,the optimal technological parameters in extracting aluminum and rare-earths are 0.35M extractant saponidication value,MAl=12.5mmol/L and pH=0.10.Moreover,under the condition of mid or high concentration of aluminum,the better separation effect of aluminum and rare-earths can be gained in high feed liquid acidity by chloronaphthenic acid system because the system can avoid the emulsion problem.Thus,compared with naphthenic acid system,chloronaphthenic acid system has some important advantages.
