| 摘 要： | 透平压缩机作为一种叶片式旋转机械,广泛应用于石油、化工、天然气、冶炼、制冷和矿山等经济领域。在高速、高压、高功率密度工况下工作,易产生强大的激振力,使转子在工作中失去稳定性。对透平压缩机常见的转子不平衡、对中不良、轴承故障和喘振等振动故障的原因进行分析,提出改进措施,以保证压缩机安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The turbine compressor,as a blade type rotary machine,is widely used in economic fields such as petroleum,chemicals,NG,smelting,refrigerating and mine.Working at high-speed,high-pressure and high power density,strong exciting force will be generated in it,which would result in unbalance of the rotor during work.The causes for common troubles of unbalance of rotor,and poor alignment of turbine compressor,bearing trouble,and surge are analyzed,and improving measures are proposed for ensuring safe and steady run of the compressor. |
