| 摘 要： | 介绍了智能电能表研发以及其在智能楼宇中节能监测的计量应用。对现有智能电能表产业进行分析,从而提出公共建筑节能的依据。通过软硬件的设计,使产品计量准确度及产品功能达到要求,有利于国家公共建筑的节能改造及智能电网建设,从而对智能电网建设及公共建筑节能监测起到关键性作用。
