电机绕组的匝间绝缘试验波形分析

摘    要:讲述了低压三相异步电机散嵌绕组匝间绝缘试验的几种特殊波形的分析方法。根据绕组线圈各相R、L、C的对称和平衡的特性,若绕组发生匝间短路、开路等故障时,绕组阻抗将产生变化,相应的波形也会出现差异。应用这一原理,可简捷地判别电机匝间绝缘损坏、接错线和绕组断路等缺陷。

Abstract:Analyzed way to several special waves of the turn-to-turn insulation test on the windings of the low voltage three-phase asynchronous motor with random wind-ings was described, based upon the principle of balance and symmetry of the R, L and C of the winding coil in each phase. In case that the failures of the turn-to-turn short-circuit or open-circuit took place, impedance of the winding would change while the relative wave of it changed. Such motor defects as turn-to-turn Insulation failure, wrong con-nection and broken winding could be easily and obviously judged by this principle.
