摘    要:在现有变电站自动化系统远动通信的基础上,提出一种基于装置健康状态、映射表关联模式的远动双测控实现方法,实现了一次设备冗余信息的过滤。装置的切换及控制操作通过健康状态等判据进行决策。该方法在不改变数字化变电站原有结构的情况下,将一次设备信息映射成为稳定、正确、可靠的远动信息,并解决了220 kV及以上电压等级保护、测控一体化装置双重化配置的远动信息选取、控制问题。

Abstract:Based on the communication system of existing substation automation system,an implementation method of dual RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) is proposed,which applies the device health status and the mapping table association mode to realize the filtration of redundant information from primary equipment.The decision of device switchover and control operation depends on the health status criteria.Without the change of original substation structure,the information from primary equipment is mapped to RTU information,i.e.stable,correct and reliable,which realizes the selection and control of RTU information for the 220 kV and above substations with the double configuration of integrated device of protection and RTU.
