摘    要:重力锚是悬索桥主缆的地下巨型锚固结构,这一大体积结构的混凝土浇筑施工过程成为控制工程建设质量的关键。以某悬索桥的重力锚建设为例,基于其特定气候环境,通过科学设计材料配比,并根据仿真方法模拟混凝土浇筑施工过程内外温度变化规律,形成指导施工和布设浇筑施工的温控测点方案;结果显示监测数据与仿真均呈现了重力锚浇筑施工温控过程的基本特点;最后结合案例的施工过程总结了大体积混凝土浇筑过程的温控措施与建议。案例研究结果可为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。

Design and Application of Gravity Anchor Construction Monitoring Scheme for a Suspension Bridge Based on Temperature Control Simulation

Abstract:Gravity anchor is the underground anchorage structure of the main cable of suspension bridge.Due to its huge shape,the temperature control during the concrete pouring has become a key concern in the construction.Taking the gravity anchor construction of a suspension bridge as an example,based on its specific climate environment,through the scientific design of material ratio,the simulation method is adopted to simulate the internal and external temperature changes in the process of concrete pouring construction,and the construction is then guided and the temperature control measuring points of pouring construction are arranged.The monitoring and simulation results show the basic characteristics of the temperature control process of gravity anchor pouring construction.Finally,combined with the general,the relevant temperature control measures and suggestions are given in the construction process of accumulative concrete pouring.The results of the case study can provide reference for similar projects.
