GeCl_4含氢杂质脱除工艺研究

摘    要:制备光纤用GeCl4需要二项关键技术的支撑,分别是深度脱除GeCl4中的金属杂质和含氢杂质。深度脱除金属杂质,国内外厂家已有成熟的技术和工艺设备实现。深度脱除含氢杂质,则是整个光纤用GeCl4制备工艺的技术难题。目前,国内缺乏能生产高品质光纤用GeCl4的技术和厂家,绝大多数光纤用GeCl4产品依赖国外进口。因此,研究脱除GeCl4含氢杂质的工艺技术,对于我国锗产业打破国外技术封锁,提高经济效益和国际竞争力有着重要意义。以某厂高纯GeCl4为原料,选择蒸馏工艺进行试验,对GeCl4中含氢杂质的去除工艺技术进行研究,为制备高品质光纤用GeCl4提供技术参考和支持。研究结果表明,共同蒸馏工艺提纯GeCl4,可以较好地除去GeCl中的含氢杂质。

Abstract:Two key technologies are needed to prepare optical fiber with GeCl4.One is to remove the metallic impurity in GeCl4,the other is to remove the hydrogen impurities contained in GeCl4.The former one has been developed with mature technology and complete equipment both at home and abroad.The latter one,however,is a technical problem in preparing optical fiber with GeCl4.At present,we lack the technology and manufactures of high quality fiber production at home.Most of GeCl4 products used in fiber are imported ...
