海水冷却凝汽器管道滤网腐蚀与控制

摘    要:针对海水冷却凝汽器管道滤网的腐蚀问题,从腐蚀特征和形式分析,对海水状况下不锈钢的腐蚀机理、原因和防腐蚀控制措施进行了全面阐述,结果表明,通过综合采用超级奥氏体不锈钢、焊缝修复、缝隙填补、涂层保护和牺牲阳极等防腐蚀措施,可以有效防止海水管道滤网的腐蚀问题。

Abstract:Regarding the corrosion problem of condenser debris filter cooled by seawater,the form and type of corrosion are analyzed and the stainless steel corrosion mechanism,reason and treatment in sea water are fully explained. Finally it is proved to use the following method: super austenitic steel,weld seam repairing,crevice sealing,coating and anode sacrifice to avoid sea water debris filter corrosion problem
