摘    要:
为了改善苎麻纱线的毛羽、断裂强度等各项性能,通过应用气流槽聚型紧密纺纱技术和传统环锭纺纱技术对苎麻纤维进行纺纱试验,详细分析纱线的毛羽指数;同时对比分析采用两种纺纱技术生产的苎麻纱线的综合性能.试验表明,气流槽聚型紧密纺纱技术可以显著地改善纱线的毛羽和断裂强度等性能.

Abstract:
To improve ramie yarn hairiness,tensile strength and other performances,compact spinning technology with inspiratory groove and conventional ring spinning technology are applied in the spinning test of ramie with the formed yarn hairiness tested and analyzed and their comprehensive performances of the two methods in spinning ramie yarn comparatively analyzed.The result shows that the yarn hairiness and break-strength are obviously improved by use of compact spinning technology with inspiratory groove.
