摘    要:以模拟阳离子红6BH染料废水为研究对象,考察了反应环境pH值、48号美孚合成物(MCM-48)介孔分子筛投加量(质量浓度)、反应时间和温度等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明,在pH值为10、分子筛投加量为3g/L、振荡时间为60min和温度为30℃的最优条件下,阳离子红6BH染料废水的脱色率和去除率达到93%以上.

Abstract:Taking cationic red 6BH wastewater simulated as the research object,effect parameters of pH value of reaction environment,dosage of MCM-48 mesoporous molecular sieve,reaction time and temperature on the treatment were investigated.The results show that under the optimal condition that the pH value is 10,zeolite dosage is 3 g/L,shaking time is 60 min and the temperature is 30℃,the decolorization rate and degradation rate can both reach above 93%.
