甲醇合成塔管板稳态操作条件下有限元分析及强度评定

摘    要:应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析了某甲醇合成塔在稳态操作工况下管板的应力场分布;采用三维参数化建模方法对管板及其过渡段、管程封头、壳程筒体及换热器进行了有限元分析;依据有限元分析结果进行了强度评定,结果表明,该法可准确地判断所分析部件的结构在所属工况下是否在安全范围以内。

Abstract:By using of finite element analysis software ANSYS,author has analyzed the stress field distribution of tubesheet of methanol converter under steady-state operating conditions;using the model building method with tridimensional parameters,the tubesheet and its transition portion,head in tube side,shell in shell side and the heater were analyzed by finite element analysis;based on the finite element analysis result,the strength evaluation has been made;result indicates that this method can accurately decide whether the structure of the analyzed parts is within the safety scope under that operating conditions concerned.
