替考拉宁高产菌株的选育

摘    要:以替考拉宁产生菌1-16为出发菌株,经热诱变复合替考拉宁抗性筛选高产菌株,获得一株高产突变菌株TC3-25,其替考拉宁产量较出发菌株提高46%。传代试验表明该菌株的发酵水平较稳定。

Abstract:Through treating teicoplanin producing strain 1-16 by heating,and screening the teicoplanin-resistant mutants,the high-yield mutant strain TC3-25 was obtained.The productivity of TC3-25 was 46% more than that of the parent strain1-16.Submerged culture indicated that the hereditary character of this high-yield strain was stable.
