| 摘 要： | 中国华电工程(集团)有限公司为华润(贵港)水泥有限公司2×5000t/d熟料生产线配套设计制造的长达8198.98m的石灰石长距离曲线带式输送机,已成功投产并安全运行一年多。文章详细介绍了该输送机所采用的侧形设计及关键技术措施,其中包括:采用了“头3尾1”的多驱动系统大功率分配技术,变频驱动控制技术;基于PLC的检测、控制和保护技术等等。同时还简要介绍了该设备的制造、安装、调试和维护技术。

| Abstract: | Long winding belt limestone conveyor of China Resource Cement(Guigang)Ltd. has been put into production successfully and run without accident for more than one year. The long belt conveyor, which is designed and made by China Huadian Corporation, is 8198.98 meters in length.This paper introduced in detail the side design and the key technical measures, including "three in the head and one in the end" multi-driver large-power-distribution system; inverter driver control technonoly; test, control and protection technology based on PLC and so on. And at the same time, introduced inbrief the manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance technology of the equipment. |
