钻机井架的可靠性分析

摘    要:
对ZJ30/1700DB型钻机井架进行了静力结构分析,得到井架的应力和位移分布,由此分析该井架是否满足可靠性的基本要求。井架结构的可靠指标β能较好地反映出井架的承载能力,计算出井架的最小β值可判断井架的可靠性;井架整体失效概率采用失效函数计算,并分析出保护井架安全工作的措施。

Abstract:
Reliability analysis for it is very important.JJ170/43 derrick is the whole pre-k-type lifted derrick,its structure can be simplified into the various parts of space steel frame structure.The load capacity of derricks can be better reflected by reliability index-β for derrick structure,the reliability of derrick can be confirmed by finding minimum reliability index derrick.Failure function was used to calculate derrick overall failure probability in order to determine the derrick state.Based on reliability analysis and the actual survey on the derrick,safety analysis will be carried out.
