防腐技术在煤矿的应用及管理研究

摘    要:煤矿井下设备处于潮湿、淋水、空气流动性大、氧气富集、富含酸性气体等恶劣条件下 ,井下钢结构件腐蚀是现代煤矿工业一种极为严重的破坏因素。通过分析对比了煤矿钢结构件中常用几种防腐方法及其优缺点 ,认为热喷涂长效防腐技术是煤矿钢结构件较为理想的防腐方法 ,并进一步对如何保证复合涂层质量管理措施进行了探讨。

Abstract:The corrosion of steel equipment is an extremely serious destruction factor of modern colliery industry. Several kinds of anticorrosion methods widely used in coal mine has been compared and analyzed in this paper. As the result the long-term arc-sprayed composite coating techonlogy is selected as more suitable anticorrosion method than others. Quality management of the coatings is a key factor that influences the success of this technology. And the management measures are also discussed here.
