摘    要:利用西门子1500-PLC集成的PID_temp温度控制工艺对象,设计了一种用于汽车内饰液压机的电加热控制系统。系统主要包含人机交互操作系统,电加热温度控制系统,温度采集系统,断线诊断系统。在汽车内饰液压机上进行试验,结果表明,通过专家PID调节,电加热控制系统能够达到汽车内饰液压机温度控制要求。

Abstract:Based on the PID_temp temperature control process by Siemens 1500-PLC,an electric heating control system for automotive interior hydraulic press has been designed.The system has been mainly composed of human-computer interactive operating system,an electric heating temperature control system,a temperature acquisition system,and a disconnection diagnosis system.The tests on automotive interior hydraulic press have shown that the electric heating control system can meet the temperature control requirements of automotive interior hydraulic press through expert PID adjustment.
