可持续发展的流程工业生产计划

传统的流程工业生产计划研究建立在简化的过程模型基础之上 ,采用混合整数线形或非线形规划方法 ,计划的可实施性较差。而且 ,只考虑企业的经济效益 ,没有综合考虑经济、社会、资源和环境的可持续发展。本文提出了一种可持续发展的流程工业生产计划的层次方法 ,在战略层次 (计划层次 ) ,以简化过程模型为基础 ,通过目标规划和层次分析法相结合 ,建立近似计划模型 ,制定各单元过程的负荷及主要约束条件。在技术层次 ,基于严格的单元过程模型进行单元过程模拟和优化 ,修正战略层次过程模型参数。给出了该方法在石化企业生产计划中的一个应用实例。

Sustainable Production Planning of Continuous Process Industries

Traditional studies on production planning of continuous process industries use MILP or MINLP formulations based on simplified unit process models which lead to the gap between planning results and production practices.Moreover,focuses are usually placed on enterprise economic benefits only without respect to the question of sustainability.In this paper,a hierarchical approach that consists of such two levels as the strategic level (or planning level)and the tactical level (or unit process optimization level) is proposed for sustainable production panning of continuous process industries.At the strategic level,goal programming(GP),combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),is utilized to formulate the planning model basing on simplified unit process models to give the approximate tasks and constraints for unit process.At the tactical level,rigorous models are utilized to simulate and optimize unit processes,and provide more fitful unit process models for the strategic level.The application of this approach to a petrochemical complex illustrates that it is a satisfying approach for sustainable production planning of continuous process industries.
