高速滚珠丝杠进给系统参数辨识方法与实验研究

摘    要:为了有效改善高速滚珠丝杠进给系统的伺服控制性能,提出对进给系统刚体和振动进行辨识的方法,设计并搭建高速滚珠丝杠进给实验平台。采用时域与频域辨识方法得到系统基础参数,通过增广最小二乘法可辨识实验平台的转动惯量、阻尼及库仑摩擦,并用卡尔曼滤波确定摩擦模型。通过正弦扫频辨识方法得出系统频响函数,并通过峰值法与最小二乘法获得实验平台的轴扭振动传递函数及频响函数。通过实验测试工作台不同位置及不同质量对系统振动特性的影响;将辨识获得的传递函数、频响函数与实验值对比,验证了模型的准确性。

Parameter Identification Method and Experimental Study of High-speed Ball Screw Feeding System
Abstract:In order to effectively improve the servo control of the high-speed ball screw feeding system, an identification method for the rigid body and vibration of the feeding system was proposed, and the high speed ball screw feeding experiment platform was established.The fundamental parameters of the system were obtained by means of time-domain and frequency-domain identification, the moment of inertia, damping and Coulomb friction of the experimental platform were identified by using augmented least square method, and the friction model was determined by using Kalman filter.The frequency response function of the system was obtained by using sinusoidal sweep frequency identification method, and the axial torsional vibration transfer function and the frequency response function of the experimental platform were obtained by using peak value method and the least square method.The influence of different position and mass on the vibration characteristic of the system was tested through experimentation.The accuracy of the identified transfer function and frequency response function was verified by comparing with the experimental value.
