我国食品安全风险评估与风险监测现状研究

摘    要:食品安全问题作为人类生存的基本问题,关系到国家生存和发展,国家对食品安全风险评估与风险监测一向非常重视。近年来,为了及时发现食品安全隐患、判断食品安全总体状况、确定食品安全监管重点领域和品种以及为风险管理提供政策建议,我国的食品安全监管理念也从事后查处向事前预防转变。本文从覆盖面、资源共享程度、资源投入和体系方面浅析了我国食品安全风险评估与风险监测现状,并在提高风险监测与评估的科技水平、提升数据收集能力和共享程度、完善我国食品安全风险监测与评估运行机制、健全我国食品安全风险监测与评估法律体系方面为我国的食品安全风险监测的实施措施提出建议,旨在提升我国食品安全与社会稳定,维护广大人民群众的切身利益。

Abstract:As a basic problem of human survival, food safety issues are related to national survival and development, and the country has always attached great importance to food safety risk assessment and risk monitoring. In recent years, in order to discover hidden dangers of food safety in time, determine the overall status of food safety, determine key areas and varieties of food safety supervision, and provide policy recommendations for risk management, the concept of food safety supervision in China has also changed from post-investigation to pre-prevention. This paper analyzes the current status of food safety risk assessment and risk monitoring in China from the aspects of coverage, resource sharing, resource investment and system. It also provides some suggestions on improving the scientific and technological level of risk monitoring and evaluation, improving data collection capabilities and sharing, improving the operation mechanism of food safety risk monitoring and assessment in China, which aim is to improve China''s food safety and social stability and safeguard the vital interests of the broad masses of the people.
