牙轮钻头压力补偿系统的发展

摘    要:钻头轴承的寿命不仅取决于轴承材质,更取决于工作环境。密封圈的作用是将泥浆隔离在轴承腔之外,使轴承能工作在一个良好环境中。轴承失效的主要原因是密封圈先期失效,密封圈失效除其自身质量外,主要与密封圈两侧的压差有关,过大的压差是造成密封圈失效的主要原因。介绍了减小压差的压力补偿系统结构的发展。

Abstract:Service life of bit bearing is not only determined by bearing material, but also by its en-vironment. The seal ring keeps fluid out of bearing, and makes a good environment for bearing.Now hearing spoiling is mainly due to seal ring early spoiling. Seal ring spoiling is not only rela-tion with its quality, but also with pressure dispersion on both sides of seal ring. Large pressure dispersion is major reason of seal spoiling. In the paper it shows that the structure reduces pres-sure difference.
