| 摘 要： | 绿色建筑在中国正处于起步阶段，面临着很多困难和障碍，现阶段的中国绿色建筑设计要抓住三个要点：立足于本土，树立正确的绿色建筑观念；以低耗为核心；走低成本的精细化设计之路。结合工程设计中遇到的各种问题，本文对这三点进行了分析讨论。
