催化裂化装置加工高氮原料的技术措施

摘    要:国内某些催化裂化装置原料中的氮含量偏高,由此影响了催化剂的活性、原料的转化率及产品的安定性。分析讨论了这类装置的操作情况及原料中不同氮化物对催化裂化反应的影响因素,提出了加工高氮原料的具体技术措施。

Abstract:Some domestic petrochemical company’s FCC unit appeared high nitrogen content in the feed oil, and the nitrogen compound affected the catalyst activity, the conversion and the stability of the products. We analyzed the operating conditions of this kind of FCCU, discussed the influence factors of different nitrogen compound in the feed oil and found the solutions.
