| 摘 要： | 辽源市城区干旱缺水的成因主要有以下几个方面:资源型缺水,工程型缺水,城市规模扩大用水量增加,输水管网的利用系数低,水价偏低浪费水现象严重,水资源管理整体水平不高等。
