Vibration analysis and diagnosis on gear failure of gear box

The theoretical model of gear box vibration signal was established firstly while bearing fault-free and gear malfunction. The high-frequency resonance method for the gear failure diagnosis in the gear box was introduced. The signal processing and diagnosis flow of this diagnosis method were expounded, and practical verification was carried out on the use effect of this diagnosis method. The result of application showed that this diagnosis method could effectively diagnose the partial damage failure of gears in the gear box.
