摘    要:针对10 kV配电网传统停电作业方法停电范围大、停电费用高等缺点,以某10 kV配电网开关站改造工程为例,提出一种10 kV配电网不停电作业施工方案,在对该开关站进行改造的同时,采用架空与电缆旁路作业方式实现该开关站后段负荷的供电。通过计算分析,验证了所提出的不停电作业方法具有供电可靠性高、经济性好等优点。对作业方案进一步思考,提出了更为合理的作业流程,为不停电作业积累了经验。

Abstract:In view of the disadvantages of the traditional off-line operation method for 10 kV distribution network,such as large blackout range and high cost of blackout,taking a distribution station reconstruction project as an example,a construction scheme of 10 kV distribution network without blackout operation is proposed.While the distribution station is reconstructed,the overhead and cable bypass operation system is adopted to provide the power supply for the rear section load of the distribution station.Through calculation and analysis,it is verified that the proposed method has the advantages of high reliability and good economy of power supply.By further analyzing the operation scheme,an optimized operation process for future project is proposed,which provides experience for the uninterrupted operation.
