摘    要:针对常见的电力变压器绕组变形故障,已有的检测手段多为离线检测,无法实时反映绕组的应力变化。提出一种基于BOTDR的变压器绕组变形检测方法,设计了光纤复合式绕组模型,搭建了应力检测平台,并开展变压器绕组变形试验。试验结果表明:分布式光纤传感技术对变压器绕组微小的变形有着较高的灵敏度,可以同时实现绕组变形的定位,为变压器绕组的在线监测提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:For the common faults of power transformer winding deformation,the existing detection methods are mostly off-line detection,and the stress variation of the winding cannot be reflected in real time.In this paper,the BOTDR-based transformer winding deformation detection method is proposed.The fiber-optic composite winding model is designed.The stress detection platform is built.The transformer winding deformation test is carried out.The test results show that the distributed optical fiber sensing technology has high sensitivity to the small deformation of the transformer winding,and can realize the positioning of the winding deformation at the same time,which provides a new idea for the online monitoring of the transformer winding.
