高品质对硝基苯酚制备工艺的研究

摘    要:提供一种对硝基氯苯制备高品质对硝基苯酚的工艺,通过制备工艺的研究及优化,产物对硝基苯酚中杂质4.4-二硝基二苯醚的含量低于10 ppm,最优工艺条件为:碱浓度10%,反应温度165~170℃,氢氧化钠与对硝基氯苯摩尔配比为2.2∶1,反应时间4小时,对硝基苯酚收率大于96.5%.

Abstract:In the paper, the synthesis on high quality p-nitrophenol reacting from p-nitrochlorobenzene was studied. The results demonstrated that the optimum reaction conditions were sodium hydroxide concentration was 10 %, reaction temperature was 165-170℃, molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and p-nitrochlorobenzene was 2.2:1, and reaction time was 4 h. The yield of p-nitrophenol can be as high as 96.5 %, and 4,4-dintitrodiphenyi ether which was impurities in the product can be lower than 10 ppm.
