摘    要:采用电渣重熔工艺制备高速钢材料,借助光学显微镜和摆锤冲击试验机研究变质剂对高速钢轧辊材料微观组织和冲击性能的影响。结果表明:制备过程中加入变质剂能改变高速钢中共晶碳化物的形貌,部分鱼网状的共晶碳化物组织发生断裂,颗粒状碳化物增多,基体中晶粒更加细小;经过热处理这种趋势变得更加明显,因此高速钢的冲击韧性得到提高,其冲击韧性由8.7 J/cm2增加到9.8 J/cm2。

Abstract:High speed steel roller material was prepared by electroslag remehing (ESR). Effects of modificator addition on microstructure and impact toughness of high speed steel (HSS) were investigated by microscope and impact tester. The results showed that the morphology of eutectic carbide in HSS was changed with modificator addition in the process of electroslag remelting, part of fishnet eutectic carbide fractured, the amount of granular eutectic carbide increased, and the grain in matrix became smaller. Furthermore, the trend has became more obvious after heat treatment, so the impact toughness of HSS increased from 8.7 J/cm2 to 9.8 J/cm2.
