摘    要:本文应用系统分析方法,对大通湖垸内除涝排水系统汛期优化调度进行了研究,建立了大系统逐层优化模型。在这个模型中,使用了多种优化技术,如线性规划(LP)用来求解分散泵站群的优化运行方式;改进优化算法(POA)用来确定以湖泊为中心的蓄排系统的控制运行;动态规划(DP)模型从时、空两个方向对各子系统进行协调,以确定涝水的最优分配过程。通过典型年计算,提出了优化调度规则。

Abstract:In this paper, the optimum operation of drainage syetem for preventing waterlogging at flood period in Datong Lake polder area° is investigated by using the method of system analysis, and of the hierarchical optimization model is constructed. Inthis model, a number of optimum techniques have been applied such as the linear programing (LP) model is used to solve the optimum operational manner of dispersed pump stations, the progressiye optimality algorithm (POA) model to determine the controlled operation of the storage and drainage subsystem centering in lake, and dynamic programing (DP) model to carry out the coordination of subsystems from time and space, so as to determine the optimal assignation of waterlogging process. The optimum operation rules have been presented through the calculation of typical years.
