摘    要:以环己酮和乙二醇为原料合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮,考察了磷钨酸/硅胶催化剂对缩酮反应的催化活性.结果表明,磷钨酸/硅胶催化剂是合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,确定了最佳合成条件:n(环己酮):n(乙二醇)=1:1.4,磷钨酸/硅胶催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.2%,带水剂环己烷用量为8mL,反应时间为30 min.在此条件...

Abstract:Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized with cyelohexanone and glycol as the materials, and the catalytic activity of phosphotungstic acid/silica gel catalyst in ketol reaction was studied. According to the results, silicotungstic acid/silica gel (SG) is a good catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal. The optimum synthesis conditions were identified: n (cyclohexanone) : n (glycol) = 1: 1.4, amount of watercarrying agent (i. e. cyclohexane) : 8 mL, reaction time: 30 min. The yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal can reach 76.4% at such conditions.
