网球发球下肢动作的运动学分析

发球是网球比赛中用得最多的技术之一，是惟一由自己掌握而不受对方控制的击球方法，是当今优秀网球运动员克敌制胜的强有力的武器。特别是在第一发球中，运动员往往借助快速有力的发球直接得分。因此，对于发球的研究在理论上及实践上均有重要指导意义。本文使用三维立体高速摄像解析法获取运动员网球发球“抛球举拍结束至击球瞬间”技术动作的下肢运动学参数的特征。并结合生物力学和解剖学的知识，揭示网球发球动作下肢肌肉工作形式和原理，提出改善技术动作及专项素质训练的建议。
