| 摘 要： | 结合舞钢炼钢厂连铸大包回转台的实际运行情况，分析了连铸大包回转台发生回转轴承故障的原因，认为安装保养维护欠缺是连铸大包回转轴承故障的主要原因。提出了加强设备巡检、制定合理使用周期、提高装配水平、严格执行回转轴承安装要求、定期测量和调整回转轴承安装基准面等改进措施，实施后轴承使用周期提高I倍以上。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the actual operation of turret of large ladle of continuous casting in Wu Steel, it is analyzed the reason for breakdown of slewing bearing of turret, considered that not so good maintenance is the main reason, proposed the following improving measures： strengthening patrol equipments inspection, mak- ing up reasonable operation cycle, improving assembling level, strictly carrying out installation requirements of slewing bearing, regularly measuring and adjusting installing base level. After the above measures adopted the work cycle of the bearing is prolonged by over 1 time. |
