摘    要:宝钢1号高炉大修工程采用整体切割更换炉体的施工方法.施工过程的特殊性决定了结构在移动过程中边界条件及荷载的变化特征,结构的力学形态与使用状态完全不同,施工过程中存在构件失效的可能,如强度及失稳破坏.常规的检测评定方法不能完全适用施工过程中结构的安全性评定.笔者将1号高炉整体大修移动过程阶段性静态化,对炉体框架结构的安全性进行检测与评定,验证了方法的有效性.

Abstract:The monolithic cutting construction method is adopted to replace blast body during the repair of No. 1 blast furnace in Baosteel. The boundary conditions and loads vary with the monolithic translation of structure because of the construction speciality.
