基于小波变换的带钢表面缺陷分形特征研究

摘    要:图像的分形维数能够表述图像空间纹理不同灰度级间的相关特性,是描述自然纹理图像的一个有用工具.本文在小波分解的基础上,运用双毯法计算了带钢表面缺陷的分形维数,并对计算结果进行了分析对比,研究了小波变换后各级、各分量的分形维数差异.实验结果表明所提取的分维特征对于缺陷分类有较好作用.

Abstract:The fractal feature of image reflects the correlation between different gray's grades of image texture.In this paper a double-blankets technique is proposed for calculating feature of defects on the surface of steel strips;and the result is analyzed and compared.Experimental results show that the fractal feature is effective for surface defects classification.
