滴灌用水力旋流器的颗粒分离粒度

摘    要:阐述了用于滴灌系统水力旋流器的设计依据,在此基础上得到旋流器的主要结构参数.应用单颗粒流体动力学模型,在正确理解平衡轨道理论意义的基础上推导出旋流器的颗粒分离粒度公式,计算出水力旋流器的颗粒分离粒度和分级粒度.计算结果表明,水力旋流器能够对水源中泥沙颗粒进行有效的过滤,保证滴灌系统滴头不因物理颗粒而堵塞.

Abstract:The design principle of the hydrocyclone in the drip irrigation system is discussed. On this basis, the main structure parameters of the hydrocyclone is obtained. Based on the right comprehension of the equilibrium orbit theory significance, a particle separating diameter formula is deduced by the single particle fluid dynamics model; then the particle separating and classification diameter of the hydrocyclone are calculated. The results show that this hydrocyclone can filtrate the sand particle efficiently in the water supply source and ensure the drip emitters of the drip irrigation system not clogged.
