摘    要:小花间暴雨洪水预警预报系统是“数字黄河”工程的首项工程。结合系统中水情信息采集传输系统的设计与建设,介绍了水情测报系统的组成和远程终端设备(RTU)的工作原理与功能,以及水文测报专用数据采集终端YSCADA-1在小花间水情信息采集传输系统中的应用情况,对水文自动测报系统的设计和建设具有较高的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract:The rainstorm and flood warning and forecasting system of Xiaohua reach is the first project of "Digital Yellow River". Combining with the design and building of water regime information collection and transmission system of the system, the paper introduces the principle and function of the composition of water regime forecasting system and remote terminal unit (RTU) and the application of data collecting terminal specially used for hydrologic forecasting YSCADA-1 in water regime information collection and transmission system of Xiaohua Reach. It has important reference value and indicative meanings for the design and building of automatic forecasting system of hydrology.
