| Abstract: | The experience of HSE management in oil product pipeline construction project is introduced. In the course of oil product pipeline construction project the features of the project should be understood and the possible hazard should be analyzed at first, and the HSE management system is integrated into pipeline construction management for the purpose of reducing accident, protecting environment and decreasing soil loss. |
