摘    要:从钢铁、有色金属、煤化工及磷化工等行业中的含镓物料中回收镓,需面临从含有多种金属离子的溶液中分离镓的问题。综述了含镓溶液中提取和分离镓的研究现状,分析和讨论了溶剂萃取、液膜萃取、萃淋树脂萃取等工艺的关键影响因素,并展望了研究趋势。溶剂萃取、液膜萃取及萃淋树脂萃取工艺皆能有效提取和分离溶液中的镓,其中协同萃取、液膜萃取及萃淋树脂萃取的选择性和萃取效率高,而且流程短、环境友好,应用前景好,是今后研究的发展方向。

Abstract:Recovering gallium from intermediate material produced in iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, coal chemical industry and phosphorous chemical industry exists the problem that extracting gallium from solution containing variety of metal ions. The present status of studies on extraction and separation of gallium from the solution are reviewed in this work. The key factors influencing separating gallium from other metal ions in the solution by the solvent extraction, liquid membrane extraction, extraction leaching resin extraction process are analyzed and discussed. The new research trend for recovery gallium from solution versatile different metal ions contained is proposed. Solvent extraction, liquid membrane extraction and extraction leaching resin are able to effectively extract gallium from solution. Synergistic extraction, liquid membrane extraction and extraction leaching resin extraction are prominent and prospective in future, owing to their high performance of selectivity and extraction rate, short process, environmental friendliness and good application prospect.
