| 摘 要： | 提出了为消除电厂生产控制实时数据孤岛现象，研究实现了神头二电厂实时信息系统，阐述了系统采用ABB公司分散控制系统将锅炉系统、汽机系统、电气系统、输煤程控系统、除灰程控系统、脱硫程控系统、化学程控系统等系统的生产数据上传至服务器，从而实现各生产车间生产数据的实时监测和在线性能计算及指标考核等。

| Abstract: | In order to eliminate isolated information island＂ phenomenon, this paper, based on PGIM and 1000M industry Ethernet, introduces the supervisory information system of the Shentou NO. 2 Power Plant. This paper illustrates that this system, constructing with ICI13＋SEMAPI DCS of ABB corporation, yields data from boiler system, DEH system, electric system, coal handling system, ash handling system, flue gas desulfuration system, chemical system and so on, transported by UDP protocol or OPC protocol, to PGIM-based SIS Server. Thus, the manufacturing process and the performances of Fired Power Plant could be monitored onIine. |
