摘    要:根据弧齿锥齿轮的特点,给出一种基于三坐标测量的弧齿锥齿轮齿面误差测量与评定的方法.首先利用UG建立其三维实体模型,以此作为齿轮齿面误差检测与评定的理想要素;然后用三坐标测量机对实际齿面上的网格结点进行测量;再将三坐标测量机所采数据点导入到UG,利用实际齿面与理论齿面之间的偏差拟合出差曲面,以此反映弧齿锥齿轮的齿面误差....
