摘    要:针对全自动注-吹模气道易堵塞的缺陷,设计了一种新的结构,可使气隙在注射时关闭,吹瓶时自动打开,有效地提高了塑料瓶的成瓶率,并对气隙自动开关的关键零件的优化设计作了简要介绍。

Abstract:Gas channels in fully-automatical injection blow moulds are easy to block up.A new mould construction was designed,it can close the gas gap while injecting and open the gas gap automatically while blowing,thus improving the yield of the blown plastics bottles effectively. The optimization of the design of key parts for the closing and opening of the gas gap was introduced.
