加利福尼亚州调水工程对生态环境的负面影响

大型跨流域调水工程由于改变了原有区域水资源的时空分布特征，必然会对当地的生态环境产生不利的影响。通过对加利福尼亚州主要调水工程的设计和运行状况进行调研，对生态环境的小利影响进行分析总结，以期为我国南水北调工程的设计施工及运行调度提供一定的借鉴。

Adverse Impacts of Water Diversion Projects on Ecological-Environmental Systems in the California State

incv, large-scale water diversion among river basins would change original temporal and spatial distribution characteristics, it would inevitably result in adverse impacts on ecological and environmental systems in those river basins. In this paper, the adverse impacts on ecological and environmental sys tems has been analyzed though investigating design and operation situations of large-scale water diversion pmiects in the California state. The results are supposed to be helpful to be referred to design and operation of the South-to-North water division project in China.
