突出管理矿井上隅角瓦斯综合防治研究

基于突出管理矿井煤层松软、瓦斯含量大、工作面瓦斯涌出集中、抽采难度大、上隅角瓦斯治理困难的难题,采取“负压风排+本煤层瓦斯预抽+邻近层瓦斯抽放+上隅角瓦斯埋管抽放”等一系列瓦斯综合抽采措施,结合瓦斯监测监控手段和工作面现场有效管控,成功解决了突出管理矿井上隅角瓦斯超限的难题,有效保障了工作面的高效生产和人员安全。

Research on Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Gas in Upper Corner of Outburst Management Mine

Based on the problems of soft coal seam,high gas content,concentrated gas emission in working face,difficult drainage and difficult gas control in upper corner of outburst management mine,this paper adopted a series of comprehensive gas drainage measures,such as"negative pressure air drainage+gas pre-drainage in this coal seam+gas drainage in adjacent layers+gas drainage in upper corner by buried pipe",combined with gas monitoring means and effective management and control on the site of the working face,successfully solved the problem of gas over limit in the upper corner of the outburst management mine,and effectively guaranteed the efficient production and personnel safety of the working face.
