激光上光与冲击淬火新技术

摘    要:激光表面热处理尤其是激光上光与冲击淬火,一直是激光材料加工技术中的重要方面,是激光实际应用进入到第二代的显著标志。激光上光技术可使某些特殊合金产生非晶态金属玻璃,可作为高韧性、超导、磁性、耐蚀材料而得到广泛应用。激光冲击淬火技术具有喷丸效应,可产生预应力表面,改善材料的亚微观结构,获得优异的冶金特性。

New Techniques of Laser Glazing and Laser Impact Quenching

Abstract:Techniques of laser surface heat treatment,especially laser glazing and laser impact quenching,are major applications of laser procession and also the mark indicating laser application enters the second generation. Laser glazing could make some special alloys amorphous metal glass which was used widely as tough,supeccouductive,magnetic and corrosion resisting materials laser impact quenching could make shot peening effect and prestressed surface so as to improve the microstructure of materials and make materials excellent metallurgical properties.
